At the heart of it, my life really revolves around family, friends, good food, and real estate. I’ve been around real estate in one way or another for most of my life. I actually started out in hospitality, and I loved that feeling of making guests feel cared for and at home when they came to Singapore. That led me into property management for over 20 years. It was hands-on, day-to-day work with homeowners and tenants across different neighborhoods. In the middle of all that, I got to know a lot of real estate agents. Some were great, but I also saw how easy it was for people to feel like they were just another commission. That stuck with me.
Fifteen years ago, I decided to get my license myself — because I wanted to be the kind of agent I would trust for my own family. Someone who listens first, cares about the people behind the transaction, and follows through even after the deal is done.

我对生活的热诚来至于我的家人，朋友，美食以及房地产物业！
我一生中有过半以上的时间是在房地产和其他相连的行业度过的。在我早年从事酒店业工作时，我为前往新加坡工作的人士或休闲的游客人们提供服务时而找到了满足感！
随后，我涉足物业管理领域超过二十年，为房主及其租户服务，负责许多地区住宅物业的日常维护和管理。在日常工作中，我遇到了许多房地产经纪。这让我意识到如果业主或租户能找到一个负责任与真诚的经纪人，是一件多么珍贵的事情; 一个不仅仅只关心获取佣金的人。因此，我在12年前迈出了获得房地产许可证的第一步。

I believe in transparency over sales tactics. My priority is to provide clients with accurate, complete information so they can make confident, informed decisions. I focus on building long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions. Many of my clients become long-standing contacts and friends because trust and integrity come first. In today’s digital environment, information is readily accessible, and clients value agents who are upfront from the start.
